A high-rise building located at 866 Nishibori-dori Rokuban-cho, Chuo-ku, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture.

It is about a 25-minute walk from JR Niigata Station, or a 10-minute bus ride from the B1 Bandaibashi Line "Furumachi" stop, then a 1-minute walk from there.

NEXT21 is the first high-rise building on the Japan Sea side, standing 125 meters tall, and has an observation deck and restaurant on the top floor. Before Toki Messe was built, it was the tallest building in Niigata City. Take the see-through elevator up to the 18th floor, then the escalator up to the 19th floor. Admission is free and you can enjoy a large panoramic view.
