Worth the Wait? 🤔 We arrived at Uji around 10:30 AM, eager to try Nakamura Tokichi's famous matcha parfait. With 58 people ahead of us, we waited 2 hours for our turn. When our number was finally called, we ordered the matcha parfait and matcha pudding with mochi and ice cream (each person had to order an item). The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything in English. The matcha parfait was a delightful, layered dessert with matcha jelly, ice cream, and whipped cream – the taste was incredible! While the green tea pudding and ice cream were just okay, the experience was still worth the wait. If you're a matcha lover, Nakamura Tokichi is a must-try! 👍
