The "Northern Peoples Museum" is said to resemble Demon Slayer

The Museum of Northern Peoples is a museum that has opened to the public the home of the Ito family, who were large landowners in Echigo, Niigata Prefecture. The two-story main house built in 1887, the garden, and the 150-year-old wisteria trellis spanning 80 tatami mats are magnificent.

There are also interesting exhibits to see, such as artefacts from the Tang dynasty and exhibits relating to ancient Egypt.

Recently, mysterious happenings have been occurring here, such as the fact that it resembles the great hall of the mansion that appears in the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, there is a wisteria trellis that demons dislike, and a giant mask of a mysterious tengu 👺 has washed up in the nearby river, making it a must-see for anime fans.
