[Niigata Prefecture: Niigata City] Delicious!! Rare Murakami beef hamburger

Although it's only a 25-minute walk from Niigata Station and not particularly easy to get to, Bistro Tsubaki had a line of people waiting even before it opened. When I traveled to Niigata, I had a strong image of seafood, but the rare hamburger steak was surprisingly delicious.
Paper aprons are provided, but it's best to avoid wearing white clothes as oil is likely to splatter.
