[Niigata City] Free spots to view the city💡

When it comes to observation decks in Niigata City, Toki Messe is the place to go.

This building is adjacent to the Hotel Nikko Niigata,
and boasts the highest height in Niigata City, so the view is great,
but it's a little far from the Bandai area💦

But don't worry!
The "Sora no Hiroba" observation deck on the 20th floor of the Niigata Nippo Mediaship building
also has a great view,
and admission is also free.
What's more, it's open from 8am to 11pm, so you can enjoy the view of Niigata from morning to night✨

It was 8am on a Sunday morning, but there were hardly any visitors, so I was able to enjoy a pleasant view😉
