[Kanto Power Spot] Hotoku Ninomiya Shrine with its cute flower water basin✨

Hotoku Ninomiya Shrine in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture ⛩️ Ninomiya Sontoku (Ninomiya Kinjiro), known for his bronze statue carrying firewood and reading a book, is enshrined at Hotoku Ninomiya Shrine as the god of learning and business. The shrine is said to grant blessings such as academic success (passing exams), business prosperity (business management), protection from misfortune, and career advancement and fortune. Upon entering the shrine grounds, you'll be greeted by friendly cats and pigeons. The flower-shaped water basin is also beautiful. There are many types of fortune-telling slips, as well as goshuin stamps. This shrine has a very relaxed atmosphere, and you can feed the pigeons. The cats are very friendly and very relaxing. I visited after 11:30 on a weekday, and it was quiet, so I was able to take my time to worship. It's easily accessible, just a three-minute walk from Shimoimaichi Station on the Tobu Line, so I highly recommend visiting. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 📍 743 Imaichi, Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture 🚃 3-minute walk from Shimoimaichi Station on the Tobu Nikko Line and Kinugawa Line
