Location
The hotel is located in Nikko, Tochigi Prefecture, in a beautiful national park. There is a large lake in front of the hotel and mountains behind it. The scenery is breathtaking. It feels like living in a painting. The air is fresh, and the environment is quiet. It is a great place to relax.


Room experience
The room I stayed in was quite large and decorated in a Japanese style, but it was also very modern and felt very high-end. There was a lot of wood in the room, which made it feel very cozy. The best part is that each room has a large balcony with a direct view of the lake and mountains outside. The view is amazing.


Dining experience
The hotel's Japanese restaurant is really good. The chef uses fresh local ingredients to make the dishes, which taste great. Each dish is beautifully presented and very satisfying to eat. The hotel also offers picnic food, which can be eaten by the lake or outside, which is very convenient.


Service experience
The hotel staff are really friendly and professional. As soon as I walked in, they quickly checked me in and gave me a surprise by upgrading my room. Throughout my stay, they were very attentive and always helpful, which made me feel very comfortable.
