Follow the footsteps of P.S.Kao to taste "Doi", a newly opened bakery in the heart of Nimmanhaemin, presenting ingredients from the North, grown in Thai gardens, combined with Western-style baking. The shop has many types of pastries to choose from.

🍓 Shio Pan Strawberry, I recommend this menu.
The right kind of salt bread, crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, contrasting with the shop's own recipe cream that is not too sweet. Eat it with strawberries for the ultimate indulgence.
