The entire hall is divided into four floors from top to bottom: the fourth floor features the Unique Ningbo Exhibition Hall, the third floor includes the Quality Life Exhibition Hall, the Green Home Exhibition Hall, and the Smart City Exhibition Hall, the second floor has the Digital Water Show and Party History Exhibition Hall as well as the Mini Ningbo Exhibition Hall, and the first floor hosts the Temporary Exhibition Hall.

The tour route starts from the top floor and follows the surrounding ramps downward, allowing visitors to freely wander through indoor and outdoor spaces, immersing themselves in the charm of the city of Ningbo.
