I'm enjoying the oxygen at a hidden gem in Longguan Township, Ningbo.

I took my mom to the mountains for a weekend getaway to breathe in the fresh air. ⛰️
Compared to the crowded East Qianhu Lake, Longguan Township is truly peaceful and self-sufficient.

We checked in to our B&B in the afternoon
and enjoyed a traditional Chinese afternoon tea.
Listening to the birds chirping while admiring the mountain view, time seemed to stand still.
We also had dinner at the B&B,
which we reserved in advance. 😌 The dishes were all fresh, and many of the ingredients were homegrown.
At night, we could see a sky full of stars, ✨ a sight you can't see in the city.
If you come with friends, you can read in the reading room or play mahjong in the mahjong room.
After waking up naturally, we had a delicate nine-grid breakfast, which included bamboo rice.

If you check in around the Qingming Festival, you can also dig bamboo shoots! It's a great experience!
The uncle at the restaurant took us to his own bamboo forest to dig for bamboo shoots.
I dug up a very tender one!! What a find! I was so happy!
