Ningde Museum | A She Ethnic Museum in Eastern Fujian

As a northerner, my first encounter with She culture and history was during this visit to the Ningde Museum.

The Ningde Museum is mainly divided into two parts: Ningde history and the She ethnic group in Eastern Fujian. Regarding the She ethnic group, the museum's collection is very rich, introducing us to the history, traditional culture, and living habits of the She people from various aspects such as religious rituals, clothing and accessories, production tools, daily necessities, and handicrafts. It is a great window for us to understand the She ethnic group.

Morning: 8:00-12:00 (no entry after 11:30)
Afternoon: Summer time 15:00-18:00 (no entry after 17:30)
Winter time 14:30-17:30 (no entry after 17:00)
Special note: Closed on Mondays
