Ningxia Night Market has always been my favorite night market in Taipei. It is a gathering place for many delicacies and requires two stomachs! There are many restaurants that have been recommended by Michelin or have dinner plates, but there is no one in Ningxia in 2024. It turns out that they will be removed🙀
🌟 Liu taro egg yolk taro cake
From 2018 to 2022, Liu Yuzai has been recommended by the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand for four consecutive years. It only sells "Egg Yolk Taro Cake" and "Spicy Taro Balls", but the business is amazing, and it will be more delicious without having to queue!
🌟Ring Omelette (vs Oyster Omelette King)
A well-established store with a history of 60 years, the store uses a variety of oyster dishes delivered directly from Tainan every day, such as oyster omelet, oyster soup, garlic-flavored dried oysters, etc. They are fresh, sweet and plump ~ I especially like the rice cakes decorated with Matsusaka pork slices and fried scallions🥰
