🚍From Sapporo Station, take the JR to Noboribetsu Station (travel time is a little over 1 hour). Then take the Donan bus in front of the JR station to get off at the Noboribetsu Onsen stop. It takes 15 minutes and costs 350 yen. Then get off the bus and walk to Hell Valley. There are both shops and restaurants along the way.
