The Island Vegetable Technology Demonstration Park is located at the 172th kilometer of the Yanqing First-Class Highway in the Jimo Economic Development Zone. The demonstration park is located in the hometown of Chinese "Medical Stone" and is the leading technology demonstration enterprise of Qingdao's "Vegetable Basket" project. It is directly under the Qingdao Municipal Finance Office and was established in July 1996.
