Turi beach

#batamtrip Turi beach resort is near to Nongsapura Jetty/pier. Less than 8mins, you will arrived here. The following is my personal take on this resort:
1) Concierge do speak adequate English. Friendly & patience
2) Resort environment is good for family & couple.
3) Beach sand doesn't feel soft but have a 50m stretch of own private beach. Not fantastic for swimming. I gave it a miss anyway.
4) Saturday night, there will be a BBQ buffet right beside the beach. There will be a liveband singing while you dine. Pxlist abt IDR Rp350,000/person. Food wise, nothing to shout about but it's the environment that make it up. Ala carte drinks menu payable. Complimentary sky juice.
5) There's 2 sizeable pool for you to enjoy.
6) There's a Jetty that stretch 100m out into the open sea for fishing enthusiasts. Went there fishing during the nite but realised the water is pretty shallow. Zero catch & left within 2hr(for a reason). The only thingy that impressed me & probably marine biologist is that there's sea snake all over the place under the wooden flooring with small gaps found everywhere. Further investigation realised it came on the Jetty platform thru a stairway leading into the sea. I would name it the SNAKE Jetty.
7) Water clarity is poor unlike other part of Batam
8) Breakfast choice is consider limited & taste fairly normal. There's isn't any delicious dish to name. It suggest the breakfast chef is time to change.
8) This place located at the western tip of Batam facing Singapore. There's no amenities nearby. Going to town can easily take more than 45 - 55mins. To & fro can waste you almost 2hrs waiting & travelling time.
9) Sea/Land sport activity can be found here but expect to pay a price.
10) Room is nice & comfy. Bathroom is equipped with body/ hair shampoo. Cleanliness I would rate 8/10. Comfort 9/10.
Overall, this place is still worth visiting for a tranquil resort. At least the Staff are properly trained with quite high security presence. Would only return after I explore other resort option.
