A popular sushi restaurant that is opening more and more branches

Sushiro, a Japanese brand, has opened more and more branches in Hong Kong, but unfortunately there are still long queues at each branch. When I passed by here on a weekday to prepare lunch, I found that I didn’t need to queue, so I sat down and gave it a try. The sushi seats of the two are wider than those of their rival "Yuan X", and they also have their own homemade sauces. The large sushi pieces are good value for money, and the hot tofu udon is also delicious. The overall price-performance ratio is high, but if you have to wait a long time before being seated, I would not choose it.
