We would like to introduce Obuse Winery, a small winery that does everything from grape cultivation to brewing in-house. 🍷

The winery's cultivation and brewing manager, Akihiko Soga, is a man who has actually trained in France, the kingdom of wine, and in Vosne-Romanée and Chablis in the Burgundy region!

There is a fee for wine tasting, but you can compare four different wines◎ I really liked the warmth of the wines made by hand, like Burgundy wine, and the delicate, pure texture that melts in your mouth!! !
