Sushi Restaurant Nada is located in a corner of a fashionable building in the downtown area of Miyakomachi.
The sea urchin is live, the smoked salmon roe is beautifully colored and well-fragrant, and there are two types of boiled whitefish milt, so it's a lot of fun⭐️
You can't easily eat A5 Bungo beef rump stew, Joka flatfish, or Kunisaki local octopus unless you visit Oita.
I was surprised by the 50kg grouper and impressed by the shiny spear squid and prawns✨
The restaurant is neat and has private rooms, but the best part of a sushi restaurant is the counter💡
Oita has great ingredients, so it's fun to go sushi-hopping♪
The entrance is hard to find, but just head for the square silver nameplate⭐️
