The pork cutlet is fried in a "two-layer" style, once at low temperature and twice at high temperature, resulting in a crispy batter and juicy inside. It has a juicy texture😋
They use branded meats such as "Hiramachi Sangen Mochi Pork", "Kinako Pork", and "The Legendary Kinka Pork" under direct contract.
