Okayama accommodation choice: Hotel Granvia, a high-cost hotel next to Okayama Station

This time I traveled to Okayama, I chose to stay at "Hotel Granvia Okayama", and I really think I made the right choice. The hotel is right inside Okayama Station. As soon as you exit the check-in gate, you can have an exclusive passage to the hotel to check in. For travelers who are dragging their luggage to rush their trip, the location is definitely a big plus! Whether you want to take the JR to Kurashiki, Tsuyama, or take the Shinkansen south or north, it is super convenient.

The room is spacious and can open all three big suitcases. It is clean and bright, with complete supplies, and the bed is also very comfortable to sleep in. What I like most is that there is a whole row of sofas by the window, where you can sit and watch the city scenery, organize your itinerary, or just be in a daze. It is very comfortable. The sound insulation effect is also good, and it is very quiet at night. It is a night where you can really relax.

There is a supermarket downstairs from the hotel, so you don’t have to go far to buy souvenirs or replenish your supplies. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the living functions are very complete.

Although Okayama itself is not as lively as Tokyo and Osaka, it has a calm and slow-paced charm. It only takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden. Along the way, you can feel the tranquility of the city and the blend of nature.

In summary, the most recommended thing about this hotel is:
✔ The location is unbeatable, and the station is co-constructed, so you don’t have to move your luggage
✔ The room is comfortable, suitable for a good rest after a long journey
✔ The surrounding living functions are convenient, and there is no worry about eating, drinking and shopping
✔ The overall cleanliness, friendly service staff, and high CP value

The sky in Okayama is very blue these days, and the pace is just right. Staying at Granvia is a peaceful and gentle stop on this journey. 💙
