Flavors of Lijiang Old Town

Morning and night looks different totally in the old town. There is morning market there; （丽江忠义市场）where you can see lots of old store selling local food. One of the stall 米糕坊 looks very authentic and i tried the local rice cake. Its delicious! Not to forget the mixian. The stall normally sold out and close by 2pm. At night, there is a street food name 鸡豆粉 made by gram flour. The stall only open at 6pm and is long queue! Is not always able to meet the old aunty. We were just lucky passby saw her. Smtg to take note, the old town walkway is stone walkway is quite difficult walk around during rainy days. Very slippery.
