Exceptional Stay at Sun Siyam Olhuveli

Sun Siyam Olhuveli stands as an outstanding resort. This being our inaugural trip to the Maldives， it far surpassed our anticipations. The accommodations and facilities boast top-notch quality. We highly recommend the beach hut with a private pool—offering stunning sea views， the sensation of a private beach， and perfect for kids. The beds were very comfortable， and the bathroom was stunning—spacious， half outdoor， with two showers. Hossen did an excellent job keeping our room neat despite our kids' daily chaos! We greatly benefited from the kids' club—our daughters found it fantastic and really appreciated the staff who consistently engaged them with diverse activities like arts， crafts， henna tattoos， and beach fun. The dive center was excellent， with abundant incredible fish at the house reef. We even spotted a manta ray by the jetty on two evenings—an unforgettable experience. The dive center staff were outstanding， with special thanks to Son for his kindness and help， to Myles (resident marine biologist) for answering our daughter's endless queries， to Victoria， my dive instructor， for easing me back into diving after 10 years away， and to Tash for introducing our girls to the joys of snorkeling and boat jumping. I enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa by Rada， and I highly recommend it. It was also great to have access to a gym and tennis court. However， one disappointment was the difficulty in securing bookings for many a la carte restaurants， leaving us mainly with the buffet option. After expressing this to our host， Ippu， she diligently arranged a delightful variety of reservations for us. Although all restaurants were fantastic， our suggestion for the resort would be to enhance its booking process. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive， with special thanks to Vishal in Sunset restaurant for his excellent service and Asan and Sam in Island Pizza for going above and beyond.The kids thoroughly enjoyed the family-friendly entertainment at Lagoon Bar. Ultimately， the best parts were the endless perfect beaches and the stunning clear waters. Thanks for crafting such a memorable and enjoyable holiday. We will certainly return to the Maldives in the future.
