'Senkō-ji Temple'

Located in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture

Take the Senkō-ji Ropeway from the base station to the summit station, and then walk downhill to Senkō-ji Temple.

The path includes many stairs, some of which are quite steep.

With plenty of trees around, the area feels cool and refreshing.

Upon reaching Senkō-ji Temple, you’ll find wind chimes adorned with written wishes, and beyond the temple’s bell, there’s a breathtaking view of the sea.

The temple is notable for selling a wide variety of amulets.

To return to the ropeway, you’ll need to climb the stairs again, but there are benches along the way where you can rest and ascend at a leisurely pace.

The temple attracts many tourists.
