Seceda is an excellent and family-friendly destination for seeing the famous Dolomites ridge, even with young children. A convenient cable car from the town of Ortisei transports visitors to the summit, where easy, scenic walks, playgrounds, and huts with food provide options for all ages.
Take the cable car: The easiest way to reach the Seceda ridge is via the two-stage cable car from Ortisei. A gondola brings you from the village to the Furnes mid-station, where you transfer to a larger cable car for the final ascent to the top.
