I was surprised by the half-boiled quail on the kushikatsu!
The yolk is really soft and I wonder how they make it, it's so delicious🥺

The doteni and sauce taste really good♡
The cutlet is also soft and I personally recommend it!!

You should definitely try the rare beef cutlet, which is recommended by the restaurant 🤤
The meat is just the right amount of tender, and the rich egg yolk is irresistible...

I heard that this restaurant is run by someone who used to work at Hanakujira in Fukushima.
Hanakujira is really famous and I was curious about it, so I was happy to be able to feel the atmosphere✨
