Shinsekai and Osaka Castle

"Shinsekai" spreads out at the foot of Osaka's symbol, Tsutenkaku Tower. With its flashy signs, neon lights, and spirited calls, you can fully enjoy "THE Osaka." Its retro atmosphere, especially within Osaka, makes it a great spot to experience the deep side of Osaka.
While the arcades with retro games may be a little hesitant to enter at first, once you're inside, they're all incredibly fun.

Also, the okonomiyaki at nearby Usagiya was excellent. While the restaurants around Tsutenkaku are also good, it's well worth the extra trip! ✨

And then there's Osaka Castle, the landmark of Osaka. Built atop Japan's tallest, most sturdy stone walls, its massive keep and expansive walls make it one of Japan's three most famous castles, alongside Edo Castle and Nagoya Castle. The contrast with the cherry blossoms is stunning! 🌸
