A restaurant where you can eat Osaka's soul food, 551 Horai Pork Buns

Osaka soul food: 551 Horai's pork buns! Takeout shops are located in major train stations and department stores in the Kansai region, but 551's restaurants are also popular. I went to the Ebisubashi main store.

I arrived at the store around 6:00pm on a weekday night, and there was a huge line for takeout on the first floor. I went up the stairs on the right side of the first floor to the restaurant on the second floor, and there were four groups waiting, but we were shown to our seats in just under 15 minutes. (There was also seating on the third floor, so the turnover seemed relatively quick.)

I ordered the 551 Dim Sum Set (1,670 yen), which included pork buns, spring rolls, shrimp shumai, and noodles. The hot and fluffy pork buns were absolutely delicious! I was very satisfied with being able to try a little bit of each dim sum💕
