I went to GrandeCitta, an Italian dining bar that opened on May 12th in Yodoyabashi, Osaka.

This restaurant serves creative cuisine that incorporates seasonal flavors using ingredients unique to each region of Italy. In addition to classic Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, acqua pazza, and Milanese cutlets, you can also enjoy a course menu.

There are many vegetables, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors, and the portions are just right, so it feels like a warm-up for your stomach.

・Steamed mussels in white wine

It was incredibly delicious. I heard it was one of the recommended dishes. I wanted to have a second helping.

・Today's pasta

It's Bolognese. The thick, flat noodles are filling. The amount of sauce is just right and it coats the noodles well, so you can enjoy the flavor of the noodles without being overwhelmed by the sauce. Of course it tastes great.

- Homemade bread
This is an elegant bread that lets you taste the deliciousness of high-quality wheat flour. You can have seconds.

- Today's fish or meat dish
Grilled Sangen pork shoulder loin with mustard. A juicy taste that overflows with flavor as you chew it. Delicious.

▼ Cassata 500 yen
A ricotta cheese cream dessert with dried fruits and nuts. The elegant sweetness and exquisite texture are the best.

I was planning to order pizza and other dishes a la carte in addition to the course, but the portions were more filling than I expected. The pasta in particular was very filling. Everything was delicious. I would like to enjoy the a la carte menu next time.
