I went to the chicken restaurant "Sumibi Yakitori Torizukushi" in Ura-Namba, Osaka.

This restaurant mainly serves Yamato chicken delivered directly from Nara, and uses Kishu Binchotan charcoal to bring out the original flavor, aroma, and texture of chicken. They are proud of their charcoal-grilled yakitori, but they also recommend their tataki and sashimi.

A delicious sauce made with starch syrup and fluffy sweet potato.
This time, I stopped by for a second party, so I only had a light meal, so next time I'd like to come hungry and enjoy a variety of dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious.
