[Osaka Prefecture] Light ramen with dried sardine broth!

This ramen shop has six branches in Osaka and one in Kobe, and serves delicious dried sardine soup. The soup is a double soup made by combining a cloudy white soup made by simmering pork bones for over 12 hours with a rich seafood stock.
The noodles are thick and chewy, and the soup is very good. The Honmachi branch I visited only has 16 counter seats, so it's easy to enter alone. You can feel free to enter even if you're on a business trip or traveling alone. (In fact, it may be difficult to enter with more than three people.) I recommend it.
