🇯🇵 The big mouth of the Great Lion Hall at Yasaka Shrine in Namba, Osaka, Japan 👣 Pilgrimage⛩️

Namba Yasaka Shrine is located within a 10-minute walk from Namba Station. It is a popular shrine hidden in the city. The most distinctive feature is the huge green lion head statue in the shrine.

The lion is up to 12 meters high, and its big mouth can call for victory and swallow up bad luck, so many people who want to pray for academic success or employment will come here to worship.

The carving of the big lion is very exquisite. It is said that the 24 teeth of this lion are completely carved. Remember to count them inside the lion's mouth!
