I went up there with a burning desire to look down on Osaka. The opening hours are around 10:30 on Saturdays.
If you want to spend some time elegantly looking at the view of Osaka city from the counter seats, you must use the cafe space. Please note that you cannot bring in food and drinks.

And if you are visiting during the day on weekends or holidays, it is recommended to go at 10:00 when the doors open. Since you go up to the observation deck by elevator, there is a limit to the number of people who can ride at one time, and there was a long line when I left the Sky Building.

Advance reservations are required to get the heart rock, which you can have engraved with your name and that of your favorite idol.
