This is a long-established Japanese sweets shop in Namba that was founded in 1858. I had only been to their branches in major stations in Osaka until now, but this was my first time visiting the main store. The main store has a great atmosphere and was renovated in 2018 into a modern design, which was very nice. The facility itself is not that large, but the well-maintained garden and cherry trees are perfect for spring cherry blossom viewing. In addition to their specialty roasted mitarashi, they also have seasonal Japanese sweets, so it's recommended to take some takeout to bring with you to a cherry blossom viewing party!
