[Osaka/Yotsubashi] A sukiyaki and shabu-shabu restaurant run by the popular yakiniku restaurant Fujimoto

This time, I ordered

Lunch-only domestic pork shabu-shabu (1100 yen)

It was hot, so I went for a light shabu-shabu instead of sukiyaki.

The hot pot is for one person.

The shabu-shabu set came with meat, assorted vegetables, udon, rice (you can have unlimited refills lol) and pickles.

The meat is cut after you order🙏

The shabu-shabu came with ponzu sauce, but it's recommended to eat it with dashi!

There was also yuzu pepper and shichimi, so you can choose your preference✨

They add as much dashi as you want, so it's delicious and you can drink it all🙆♀️

Domestic pork is soft and goes well with the delicious dashi! I like to add yuzu pepper.

The vegetable platter is full of green onions, chrysanthemum, tofu, gluten, yuba, enoki mushrooms, and more.

It's more than enough.

There are about 8 slices of meat, so you'll be satisfied!

I was quite full.

1100 yen for all this is a bargain!! ✨️

If you think this isn't enough, they also have 1.5 times the meat, domestic beef loin, Japanese black beef, Kobe beef, and more🙋♀️

Next time I'll try the sukiyaki (1300 yen)!

The restaurant has counter seats and table seats, and many people come alone.

The walls are decorated with pictures of Mt. Fuji and other things, and there are lanterns.
