‘Salon de Amanto’ is a cafe located on Nakazakicho Street in Japan.
It is said to have been renovated from a Japanese house that is over 100 years old.
The roof is covered with ivy, creating a unique atmosphere.
There are outdoor seats under the ivy, which is a photo zone that exudes a Japanese sensibility.
Once you enter, you can see traces of the past.
It is filled with old props such as seats, desks, and books.
There are bar seats at the counter, and if you can speak Japanese, it would be emotional to sit there and have small talk.
The attic seats near the entrance are popular.
You can climb up a narrow ladder and enjoy tea time in a private space.
‘Salon de Amanto’ is a cafe and also offers meals.
There is a Korean menu, so you can easily order.
When you order, they give you a vibration bell, but uniquely, you pay when you receive your food.
This time, I ordered a cake set (pumpkin cake, Amanto coffee) and chicken garlic rice bowl.
The pumpkin cake was a light pumpkin-flavored cake that went well with the Amanto coffee.
The Amanto coffee was similar to Americano.
The chicken garlic rice bowl was surprisingly large, cheap, and delicious.
Since I was sitting there, it seemed like it was visited by more locals than foreigners.
Everyone except me was Japanese.
