"Peace Coffee Roasters" is located in a back alley in the Nishi-Shinbashi business district. I decided to drop by as I heard they recently had a renewal opening. The barista I wanted to meet was closed, but coffee made with a chemex is rare even in Tokyo, and the atmosphere in the shop was great, and it was bustling with customers even on a weekday.
