[Osaka/Umeda] A restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected meat and the famous Tsuyu Shabu

This time, I ordered the Sazanka Course (8,800 yen), limited to 5 groups per day. ️📝

The Sazanka Course includes:

First, we had three types of sashimi, each thick and satisfying.
The corn tofu appetizer was sweet and chewy. ✨️

The main dish, shabu-shabu, came with Baumkuchen pork and Omi beef, served in a tiered box.
What's even better is that they prepare it individually for each person! 💗

First, we shabu-shabu the Baumkuchen pork and enjoy it with the five-stage dipping sauce.
The Baumkuchen pork had sweet fat and a refreshing aftertaste!

And the dipping sauce was absolutely delicious! ✨️
With plenty of green onions and condiments, it felt like we could eat it forever! ☺️

The Omi beef was fine-grained, tender, and lightly sweet, melting in your mouth! 💗
We ate it with ponzu sauce.
It was also delicious with the dipping sauce, so I recommend both! 🙆♀️

It also came with Omi beef nigiri sushi, making it a very filling meal.

The staff prepared the soba noodles in a hot pot for us to finish.
We also enjoyed this with the dipping sauce, but I would have preferred it in a bowl! ☺️✨

For dessert, we had mitsumame beans.
With ingredients like shiratama (rice flour dumplings) and watermelon, it was refreshing and perfect for summer!

This was a very satisfying course, with lots of delicious meat.
They also serve lunch, and you can enjoy tsuyu shabu-shabu at a reasonable price. ✨
I'd like to go for lunch too.

✍️You have to take your shoes off before entering the restaurant.
The tatami flooring creates a calming atmosphere.
There are also many private rooms.
These private rooms allow you to relax and unwind, making them perfect for birthdays and celebrations.
Everyone at the restaurant was very polite and kind.☺️
