There are two famous places for gyukatsu in Japan,
Motomura and Kyoto Katsugyu,

but during my recent trip to Osaka,
I visited 'Motomura Gyukatsu' located near Namba Station~

There are a total of 3 stores near Namba Station: Midosuji, Branch, and Namba.

All three are about 2 minutes walk from Namba Station,
so the accessibility is really good~

I visited the Motomura Gyukatsu Branch!

Gyukatsu is a food where beef is breaded and deep-fried.
In other words, it can be said to be the beef version of tonkatsu.

Usually, it is fried rare and served to customers.
It is characterized by providing individual grills so that customers can cook it more to their taste.

It is delicious and does not get tired of it because it is dipped in salt, wasabi, and various sauces.👍🏻
