Cherry blossom season is almost here🌸 Carefully curated a two-day cherry blossom viewing route in Osaka and Nara, covering both classic and lesser-known spots, perfect for first-timers who want to avoid the crowds～

Day 1️⃣ Osaka

Minoo → Umeda → HEP FIVE Ferris Wheel → Dotonbori → Tsutenkaku → Osaka Castle Night Cherry Blossoms

🌸 Cherry Blossom Info

• 📍 Minoo Cherry Blossom Path: A stunning cherry blossom trail, the top choice in Osaka for avoiding crowds. About a half-hour drive from the city center, nearby you can also visit Minoo Waterfall Park and Saikouji Temple for a combined trip.

• 🚇 Hankyu Minoo Line, get off at "Minoo" station, then walk 8 minutes east

• 📍 Osaka Castle Park: One of the top 100 cherry blossom spots, with about 300 Somei Yoshino cherry trees inside Nishinomaru. Taking photos with the castle tower as a backdrop is super atmospheric! If Minoo feels too far, you can come here in the morning. There is also a night cherry blossom illumination event during the season～

• JR Tozai Line, get off at "Osakajokitazume" station, 5-minute walk

Day 2️⃣ Nara

Saho River → Nara Park → Himuro Shrine → Nara National Museum → Isuien Garden → Mount Wakakusa

• 📍 Saho River: Over 1,000 Yoshino cherry trees line the riverbanks, a relatively less crowded cherry blossom spot. There used to be night cherry blossom events in previous years, but unfortunately, this year’s event is canceled due to river construction 😔

• 🚇 Kintetsu Kyoto Line, get off at "Shin-Omiya" station, 3-minute walk along the riverbank

• 📍 Nara Park: The perfect combination of cherry blossoms and deer, a must-visit even if it’s crowded! Himuro Shrine has a beautiful weeping cherry tree. Also, the treasure-filled Isuien Garden and Nara National Museum are very close by and can be visited together. In the evening, you can head to Mount Wakakusa to enjoy the beautiful scenery～
