You take a glass elevator from the 3rd floor to the 35th floor, then an escalator to the 39th floor, which is the office building for the observation deck. You can walk a bit further or take an elevator to the 40th floor rooftop, where you can enjoy beautiful views during the day, at sunset, and at night, each offering a different atmosphere.
