No Express Pass version, focusing on waking up early, walking fast, endurance, and patience

🎢 First, a brief intro: Universal Studio Japan
is a theme park suitable for all genders and ages,
perfect for those with energy.
Universal Studio Japan has many rides,
especially the Super Nintendo World zone,
which is a new attraction not available in any other country.
This means everyone will definitely want to play in this zone,
so there are limited rounds and you must book through the App only.
Therefore, if you use an Express Pass, you must allocate time
to enter the rides in this zone for sure.

🎠 But, but, we are budget travelers (No Express Pass).
How do we get in? Let’s follow along.

1️⃣ First, you must wake up early. No matter where you stay,
which hotel, arriving at the USJ gate as early as possible
is the first choice you must do.
It’s recommended to arrive at the gate before 7 AM only!!
❗️Note: Only small bags are allowed inside. If you have large luggage, deposit it in a locker, and no food or snacks are allowed inside.
You can only bring one bottle of drinking water per person.

2️⃣ The ticket scanning gate opens before the official opening time,
which may vary each day.
The day we went was a Thursday in March,
it opened around 7:14 AM. After opening and scanning tickets,
we walked quickly heading to the Super Nintendo World zone.
Don’t worry about getting lost, just follow everyone else
because everyone is definitely heading the same way.

3️⃣ Don’t stop to take photos yet; get in line for the rides first.
Queuing without a reserved time is the advantage
of coming early. We spent no more than half an hour
and got to play Mario Kart, which was super fun.

4️⃣ We can stay in this zone all day because there are more rides.
Queue for Yoshi and Donkey Kong rides, then come out
to take photos later.
❗️Note: Once you leave the Super Nintendo World zone,
you cannot re-enter because you need a queue reservation from the App to get back in.
So think carefully before leaving this zone.

5️⃣ After finishing here, we can go to other zones to play.
But everywhere, every zone has long lines of 1-2 hours, no difference.
You really need endurance and patience.
🔅Remember (we don’t have an Express Pass).

6️⃣ We can stay in USJ all day until closing as long as we have energy.
But we stayed until about 4-5 PM, then returned to Osaka city to find food.

‼️Finally, if you have the budget,
buy an Express Pass. It saves your knees and legs
from queuing. It’s the best option 🥹🥹😂😂
