The first bite revealed the deep aroma and delicate flavor of the "black truffle and Wagyu consomme." The snow crab and fresh sea urchin Wagyu hand roll with caviar had a perfect balance of saltiness, completing it as a masterpiece.
Next, the namul and eggplant kimchi appeared, providing a moderate accent that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The smoked tartar and sukiyaki brilliantly enhanced the potential of the ingredients, leaving me impressed.
Then came the main dishes: the "ultimate thick-cut black tongue" and "special thick-cut harami." Both were astonishingly tender with concentrated flavors. The dessert, "strawberry rare cheesecake blancmange," harmonized sweetness and acidity perfectly, making it an ideal course finale. Truffles appeared throughout, filling the entire meal with luxury and originality.
The Artisan Course is truly the pinnacle of "luxury." Each dish delivered surprise and emotion, offering a supreme experience.
