The Waraji Tonkatsu Set Meal comes with rice, miso soup, and obanzai, making it perfectly balanced 🙆‍♀️
That day’s obanzai was gently flavored hijiki seaweed and crunchy lotus root kinpira.

The tonkatsu made with pork from southern Kyushu is fluffy and tender, yet the breading is crispy and crunchy!
The original panko breadcrumbs are just perfect ☺️

The secret miso sauce is made from naturally brewed soybean miso aged for one and a half years. The depth of flavor is amazing!
It has a rich taste but surprisingly clean aftertaste, making you want to keep eating 💗

The Waraji Tonkatsu is about twice the size of a regular one!
The performance of pouring plenty of special miso sauce right in front of you is exciting 👀
If you ask for half miso sauce and half regular sauce, you can enjoy both flavors without getting bored until the end.

The crispy texture with the sauce is fantastic,
and the moist miso-soaked flavor is also exquisite ✨️

I also recommend using ground sesame seeds or mustard for a flavor change ☝🏻
Especially when you add plenty of ground sesame seeds, it adds a nutty aroma and makes it even more delicious!

You can choose between white rice or multigrain rice, and you can request the amount.
Pickles are also free to take, so you’ll be fully satisfied until the last bite.

The interior has a calm atmosphere, making it easy to use alone or with a group ✨️
It’s a perfect place for days when you want to eat heartily.
