Osaka Omakase for Art Lovers

I chose to go to an omakase restaurant that is said to have been visited by many celebrities, with a high Google rating of 4.7.

The chef has trained in Japan, China, Korea, and France. The amount of caviar and sea urchin rivals that of restaurants in Tohoku.

This time, it was about 1200 RMB per person, with around 16 dishes, and they also served a glass of sweet sake 🍶. The tableware was carefully selected from artists, very exquisite 👍.

There were four dishes I liked the most:
1️⃣ Thick-cut tuna with salmon roe, drizzled with a layer of bright orange egg yolk liquid. Neither the roe nor the yolk had any fishy smell, and the texture was excellent.
2️⃣ Hair crab and caviar paired with honey gold leaf jelly, topped with yuzu vinegar, sweet and sour and delicious.
3️⃣ Cod roe cheese steamed egg, my first time trying it, rich in creamy flavor.
4️⃣ Black truffle nut ice cream, even the black truffle on the edge of the cup was completely eaten.

Sushi Kazenogi
