The course includes 13 luxurious dishes such as sirloin yukhoe, clay pot rice, and the specialty mackerel broth cold noodles.

The finely marbled sirloin combined perfectly with egg yolk and garlic chips, melting in my mouth✨️

The refreshing dressing and tender Wagyu were a great match💕

A little lemon added makes it even more refreshing.

The meat had a strong flavor, delicious on its own or with wasabi🥰

The sauce was well absorbed, making you want to eat it with rice✨️

Especially the zucchini was juicy, with sweetness spreading with each bite.

Mie Prefecture rump served with kelp salt, sansho miso, and wasabi.
The sansho miso was addictively delicious💗
The umami of the rump was packed tightly, making me want to keep chewing☺️

The miso sauce was well coated, especially the small intestines were plump with a standout sweetness!
The staff carefully guided the grilling timing, so I could enjoy it at the perfect moment, which was wonderful💕
・Selectable Clay Pot Rice
I chose sea bream and clam clay pot rice.
Topped with tomato for a colorful and flavorful accent🙆♀️
Full of umami, it made me want seconds.
They also offer to make leftover rice into rice balls, which is a nice service✨️
・Beef Broth Soup
Gentle and rich in flavor.
Enjoying it with the clay pot rice gave a greater sense of satisfaction!
・Specialty Mackerel Broth Cold Noodles
The cold soup was like a sorbet, with refreshing aromas of shiso and yuzu🥰
It left a pleasant feeling in the mouth until the end, making me want to come back again.
・Dessert
Warabi mochi and roasted green tea.
The warabi mochi was jiggly with mild sweetness.
Together with the fragrant roasted green tea, it was a relaxing time until the very end🙌

The restaurant is on the 3rd floor of a building, creating a hidden gem atmosphere.
I visited on a Saturday night, and before I knew it, the place was full, showing its popularity.
There are counter seats and table seats, perfect for anniversaries, celebrations, or special trips.
It was a wonderful restaurant that made me want to visit again on a special night💗
