Chef Special Buffet in KL

Tonite, my friend and I went for the Chef Special Buffet in Makan Kitchen in Doubletree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur where over 7 weeks, 7 chefs will offer their speciality and this week was Chef Zul's Pansoh Udang, a smoky fragrant take on Iban bamboo cooking featuring prawns steeped in lemongrass and wild ginger, elevating tradition witg vibrant flavors.

This chef feature is backed by a wide array of local culinary showcase of Malay, Chinese, Indian and International.
