- On-site, there are reserved and standby lines. Reserved guests line up 10 minutes early with their email confirmation, while standby guests wait for available seats based on luck.

Dining Experience Highlights

The menu is available in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and staff have translators to ensure smooth communication. The main dishes, desserts, and drinks all incorporate Pokémon elements. We recommend the Pikachu-shaped waffles and Poké Ball desserts. Ordering comes with take-home placemats and coasters, and ordering desserts and drinks lets you join a card-drawing event. Each dining session is limited to 90 minutes, and 15 minutes before the end, a random Pokémon plush (like Chef Pikachu) will come out for an interactive performance.
