Think Omakase always costs over a thousand? This place completely changed my impression! The price is budget-friendly (around ¥300 per person), but the chef’s skills are top-notch. From appetizers to nigiri, every dish highlights seasonal freshness. The sea urchin is sweet enough to glow, and the oil distribution in the large yellowtail is perfect!
The space is small but cozy, and the chef introduces the ingredients while making the sushi. The service is attentive without being overwhelming. The biggest surprise is the finishing dish, ochazuke, made with salmon bone broth that’s fragrant and delicious, leaving no rice behind!
Highly recommended for those who want to try Omakase but are afraid of a bad experience. This place will definitely let you “spend little and eat big.” Remember to book in advance!
