Banghua Village, located northwest of Yangzhou City, is an ancient village steeped in history. Its name derives from Kong Shangren's poem "Plum Blossom Searches in Banghua Village," a popular spot for ancient scholars to explore the snowy landscapes of plum blossoms, recite poems, and admire chrysanthemums. Qing Dynasty scholar Huang Chengji and Zheng Banqiao, one of the Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou, both have connections to Banghua Village.
Banghua Village showcases Yangzhou's unique " flower culture " , " folk culture " , " food culture " and " leisure culture " . Tourists can fully experience the leisure and comfort of returning to the countryside, visit the wetland park, visit the Banghua people's home, and enjoy flower banquets, Weiyang specialty banquets, etc.
At the same time, unique life scenes of rural farmers such as farming, picking, fishing, woodcutting, and breeding are set up, making full use of original ecological plants, cleverly dividing local spaces, and creating a beautiful environment of mountains, rivers, and countryside.
