Opening Feast: Takato Kitano and Yuki Oe's "Umami Double Helix"
The first highlight features a collaboration between Wajo’s Chef Takato Kitano and Tokyo Ritz-Carlton Teppanyaki master Yuki Oe. This "Umami Twin Stars" duo centers on the concept of "Decoding Origins," pushing the Japanese culinary philosophy of "seasonality" to its peak.
Cross-Cultural Laboratory: Balbi × Michiaki Yoshida's "Taste Topology"
Following closely, Agustin Balbi (Chef of Andō) and Michiaki Yoshida are known as the "Cross-Boundary Mavericks" of the culinary world.
Liquid Art: Hideyuki Saito's "Cocktail Cosmology"
As night falls, The St. Regis Osaka bar transforms into a "Cocktail Wormhole." Hideyuki Saito from Tokyo Toranomon Edition Hotel’s Gold Bar brings his exquisite skills, boundless creativity, and international perspective to craft bespoke cocktail experiences, showcasing his unique mixology philosophy.
Alex Chong, Executive Pastry Chef of Singapore Edition Hotel, will reinterpret traditional tea art. Drawing on his profound expertise in French patisserie and blending Southeast Asian flavors, he delivers stunning desserts with delicate techniques and bold creativity.
Finale Feast: "Taste Montage"
The grand finale at the first stop will be presented by Chef Takatoki Minagawa and Ryuta Iizuka, head chef of the two-Michelin-starred Ryuzu who trained under legendary chef Joël Robuchon. Together, they will create an exquisite and luxurious dining experience at Brasserie RÉGINE, perfectly concluding the extraordinary journey in Osaka.
